The app doesn't connect to my TV

Our application works only on the Samsung Smart TV and it's must be connected to the same Wifi network look like your iPhone/iPad.

If you're facing issues connecting the app to your TV please carefully follow these steps:

  • Make sure that your TV is ON.
  • Make sure that your TV has the Wifi capability.
  • Make sure that your phone/tablet is connected to the same Wifi network as your TV.

You can check the connection status from our app settings and you see in the first item the name our your TV :

To verify that you have authorized our app to access your TV :

Settings -> General -> External Device Manager

 

-> Device Connection Manager

-> Device List

You have to click on iPhone/iPad item our to choose Allow

To restore the connection from the Remote TV application, click on the wifi button on the main screen:

If after doing that you're still facing some issues, please contact our support and we will assist you.

NB:
Please be aware that we don't support the H & J series yet. If your TV model belongs to this range, we're sorry you will be able just to control the volume.
