Problem connecting the app to my TV

If you're facing issues connecting the app to your TV please carefully follow these steps:

  • Make sure that your TV is ON.
  • Make sure that your TV has the Wifi capability.
  • Make sure that your phone/tablet is connected to the same Wifi network as your TV. You should be able to see that by going to your TV about.
  • Make sure you have the latest version of our app 2.3 or later.

If after doing that you're still facing some issues, please contact our support and we will assist you.

NB: Please be aware that we don't support the H & J series yet. If your TV model belongs to this range, we're sorry you will be able just to control the volume.
